All items are final sale. Because our items are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 

"What if my order arrives late or damaged?"

We are terribly sorry to hear this, but due to unprecedented complexities of the pandemic UPS only allows guaranteed shipping for Next Day Air services at this time. Therefore, we are unable to issue a refund for orders shipped without this service. 

If Next Day Air services was selected for your order, please contact our support team at office@demosrestaurants.com with your 4 digit order number, details of damage, and photos of damage. 

We will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
