Shipping Policy
While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh and frozen food around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of UPS. As such, our shipping guidelines below are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
First, we freeze our food so it is fresh frozen; then we pack it in specially insulated packaging that keeps food safe and delicious. We ship it and it arrives ready to heat, eat and enjoy.
Because our products are perishable, we only ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday within the Continental U.S, and once your order has shipped, it must arrive at your doorstep within 3 business days.
As of now, UPS no longer provides refunds for perishable items. Given that our perishable products are shipped frozen in a Styrofoam container, we understand that during storage in transit from UPS, the product may be compromised. As a result, we can only offer guarantees on items shipped through our one-day delivery option.
Summer Shipment Disclaimer:
During the Summer months the heat can get extreme, but we still make sure you can still have your Demos Brands favorites delivered straight to your doorstep. During this time Ground shipping will not be available.
Orders must be received by 10 a.m. EST on our last shipment day. Otherwise it will be shipped on the next "shipping" day. This assures delivery prior to the weekend.
Shipping Guidelines:
◈ We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. No orders are shipped Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
◈ All orders must be received by 10 AM (EST) for same day processing. Orders received after 10 AM (EST), will be processed on the next "shipping" day. This assures delivery prior to weekend.
◈ If you place an order with an incorrect address (including City, Zip Code, Suite, Floor, or Apartment), we will contact you to verify correct address. This may prolong fulfillment time and can push back when item is shipped.
◈ The shipping transit time will begin once orders are fulfilled and shipped, and not once orders are placed.
Shipping Claims and Exceptions:
We will do everything possible to re-route orders for timely delivery but cannot be responsible for a damaged or compromised product due to the following:
- Delayed deliveries due to weather or holidays.
- Incorrect addresses or delivery
- Unopened shipments (all boxes are clearly marked "Perishable")
- Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment. Please notify the recipient of the pending arrival of perishables!
We will contact you via email to upgrade your shipping should you select a non-guaranteed delivery in the states listed above. After 3 attempts to notify you to upgrade your shipping, we will cancel your order. For more information on UPS Guarantee Shipping click here
